Blake liked watching me doing all the movements, so at least I was entertaining him too! Ha! By the fourth month I was able to get back into the mix of my fitness regime at the gym, Cardio Barre, and yoga. Shortly thereafter I added workouts at home from my book, "Fast and Fierce Fitness". It was perfect, since Blake loves stroller rides. I again, had to take a break from exercising for a period, and then gradually began with walking again. We just loved having family here helping us for the next several weeks. Once Blake arrived December 11, we had our hands full as new parents.

They continue to challenge me and I continue to kick higher. There is a studio right next to me in Beverly Hills that I just loved going to, and as a matter of fact, I am still taking classes there. One of my new favorite workouts became "Cardio Barre". Some of the basic poses seemed too challenging so I found some pre-natal yoga classes that I could enjoy. The first activities I started with were walking, modified weight training programs, and yoga. When we got the go ahead to exercise for the second and third trimesters I sure started moving again. It was generally a good pregnancy, minus the 8.5 months of nausea.

I believe close to this time last year I was announcing that I was pregnant with "Baby Q".
